SuaSponte Center, LLC's mission is to honor the warrior spirit and strength in all people. In addition to the legal reference that sua sponte holds, it is also the U.S. Army Ranger motto meaning “of one's own accord”.
It is a succinct reminder that we have choices, to be true to our genuine self or not. That motto will be honored and practiced in the spirit of emotional healing and respect to all.
We strive to help you connect with your genuine self, free from the grip of the past, relieved of the anxiety of tomorrow, and living today sua sponte!
We work with people across the lifespan and offer individual, couples, family and group counseling. We also offer coaching, education and community presentations on a variety of mental health and substance use issues.

I am the spouse of a service disabled VietNam veteran. I understand the effects of war and trauma on veterans and their families. It has become MY mission to help those who paid dearly for our freedoms. Freedom isn't free!
