Being in the military, first and foremost afforded me the opportunity to pay for my nursing education and secondly being in the military helped to mold me into the leader I am today, and helped me to develop the traits and characteristics of a true leader and entrepreneur. It has helped me to lead my team of employees by showing them a great example of what a true team member really is about.
