Being a 100% disabled Vietnam vet has given me an acute awareness of the importance of life and the struggles of surviving in this world, not only of my fellow disabled members but of anyone born in this generation. Life is not easy and I have learned to be a little more forgiving towards those who are of a different mind set than I. I have a special place in my heart for anyone associated with our military, it is a sacrifice for everyone involved included family members.
