The American College of the Building Arts is a four year liberal-arts college that is dedicated to training both minds and hands in classical building techniques: Architectural Carpentry, Masonry, Stone Carving, Plastering, and Forged Architectural Iron (Blacksmithing).

Understanding that people will rise to challenges and have a great capacity to succeed even when others don't believe in them has led me to working with ACBA's students who come from diverse social and educational backgrounds. The military has helped me set goals and taught me to lead people to reach those goals.
