The Sandbox Training Centeris a Muay Thai kickboxing gym for fitness/health, fun and for the martial arts. Family-friendly and oriented facility where we teach and preach good form and technique so members can learn and develop properly.
Ultimate goal is to provide a place for our Wounded War Fighters and those suffering from PTSD train as a team for rehab and therapy.
