Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The most valuable attribute I obtained through my time with the US Marines is team building and leadership. ANYONE can build and lead a team when you have like minded people, from the same backgrounds and same geographic area. In the military you are given a diverse group of people where you have to build teams that put full trust in the people on that team. The benefits of building a close and functional team can quickly become a core strength of any company.
