Renovate Bldg 1 Clinical Lab at Memphis Tennessee VA Hospital $10 million
22,000 sqft the renovation of Building 1 existing space into a clinical lab space for the VA. Modifications will include complete demolition and reconstruction of the interior walls within the project boundaries. There will be the addition of new finishes, equipment, built in refrigerators and freezers, and casework within the space. There will be new compressors and a new air handling unit located on the roof of the existing facility. All structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work will be to modify any and all exiting systems to facilitate the new design.

Renovate and Expand Emergency Department Salisbury NC VA Hospital $9 million
8414 SF expansion of the Emergency Department and renovation of approximate 7800 SF existing space including but not limited to the general construction, civil, architectural, structural, interiors, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, alterations, roads, walks, drainage, grading, necessary for removal of existing structures and construction of the building expansion.

Renovate and Expand Emergency Department Baltimore Maryland VA Hospital $14 million
20,000 square feet of new construction and additional associated necessary renovations and tie-ins, including a new second story addition to the existing Robotics Research facility, a new stair/elevator tower, and a new pedestrian walkway connecting the new construction to the existing Community Living Center (CLC) facility.

Also noteworthy is 5366 partnership with Rabine Pipeview America supporting NPL with QC work during gas distribution construction, inspecting pre/post construction private and commercial sewer laterals to ensure that gas assets conflicts do not exist. This work is being perform daily across the entire Nicor service territory. 5366 Logistics provides total back office and safety compliance for all working crews.
