As a U.S. Navy Submarine "Boomer" Crypto Radioman, it taught me Flowcharting, Procedures, Respect given is Respect earned in return. it also allowed me an extended sense of family and loyalty, and that one day I might have to rely on my Brother standing next to me "to shut the hull door" in order to save the boat. It was a learning experience that can"t be obtained in any other way
