This is a campaign to get a U.S. Navy license plate authorized for Virginia. Plate under development is a revenue share plate with 60% of annual plate fee going to Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. State law requires that we collect 450 paid preorders prior to presenting an authorization bill to the General Assembly. Plate applications include automobiles, motorcycles, and Navy veteran owned business vehicles.
