Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
The military helped me develop the discipline and dedication to hard work that is required to run ones own business. My ability to be self directed and organized was greatly enhanced by my time in the US Navy. It also helped me get through college after I got out of active duty. The GI Bill along with the pay I received while being an active reservist was a huge benefit while in school. I can honestly say that would not be the successful person I am today without my military experience.
